Therapy in Tunis

Hello

 I've been busy last week with business IT exhibition, and the week before I've been to Tunis, looking for a therapist who can follow up with my illness, I faced a problemcommunicating  they speak french not english , but I was luck to find  a german pain doctor , she's coool. and she connected me with a psycotherapist. 

now I'm having Lyrica  & some sort of antidepressant.  and I have to travel to tunis twice  a month , it's one hour flight , but it will take all my salary :(
