We can be sure of a Merry Christma each and every time that we do not let this get the best of us.Believe that you are bigger and know that each time you fall,that people like these here are the gifts that we found to help us along the way.I have been going through these things since I was 23 and at 55 still have many ups and downs,but now that I know I am not alone,this has help me feel a little more confident.We have found this site for a reason,so Believe in yourself and the people here who suffer as well,they are great and give you the gift to keep on trying.If we all help one another,how can it not be Merry.Stay strong,June
