So I foolishly held off on eve treatments - and ended up with a cold. So back on to that...and I said what the hell today and started the Carnivora = lets just see what happens...

Had somemassive chest pains this morning - stood outside in the freezing weather - and felt better.

WELL - 1 drop KICKED my BUTT today. Had to take a nap - and when i woke up - I was just so spaced. Increased the exhaustion, and i feel like there is a heavyness down my shoulder blades...strange. Its hard to explain I guess - but it just really did something to me. Definately did more in 1 drop then the samento and cumanda did when i first started...
