Tomorrow, my husband has an appointment with a urologist and we are kind of freaking out. A few weeks ago, well actually about a month or more ago now, he was diagnosed with Epididymitis. Epididymitis is a medical condition in which there is inflammation of the epididymis (a curved structure at the back of the testicle in which sperm matures and is stored).
He has been on doxycycline and pain killers for weeks now. He has actually had some other surgery in that area before, about 12 years ago. But anyway, his doctor ordered an ultrasound and found some cysts - 5 small ones on one side and a big one on the other side. There are some concerns now that he may have testicular cancer. He is only 42.
I am so scared, we have been through so much with my mom dying of lung cancer, his brother dying from lung cancer and my dad trying to commit suicide and having multiple amputations all within a 5 year period, this is almost too much!
Please pray for us, I'm not much for asking for help, but if you could just put a little extra out there for us tomorrow, Wednesday, I would really appreciate it.

Thank You for the opportunity and the honor of coming befor You on behalf another. This family has been through so many challenges over the past five years...it's almost more than they can bare to be faced with the possibility of another cancer diagnosis.
Dear God, we can't face situations like this on our own, but can help us and that's what I'm asking you to do for this family. Please wrap Your arms of love and peace and comfort around Mitch and his wife. Draw them close to You, allowing them to fully lean on You and draw from Your strength. Please encompass them with a peace that passes all understanding...a sense of peace that only You can bestow.
Dear God, you created us and I believe in your ability to heal our bodies. I'm praying that, if it be Your will, you will touch Mitch's body...completely heal the infection and dissolve all the cysts. If complete healing isn't Your will, I pray that you'll give the doctor's the knowledge and the know-how to treat the illness. May we always give you the honor, the praise and the glory. Thank you for Your son, Jesus, for it's in His name we pray....Amen.
