I haven't seen an elevation in my temp for more than 24 hours so I hope I'm finally through this episode.  Also the diarrhea is finally gone this morning.  

 I've hadsome speech problems and swallowing weakness the last few days but I've been laid up in bed (bathroom trips notwithstanding) so other MG symptoms haven't had much opportunity to show themselves.  Some of the speech difficulty is due to sinus drainage which is normally not a problem but with a weak swallow I seem to be getting accumulations on the larynx.  But the rest of the speech problem is when I go nasal.  I think these extra symptoms are more due to the illness than a sign of MG flare but we are watching closely.  I have a visit with my MG specialist in the next 10 days.  It may all be resolved by then.

I lost a bit more weight last week.  I just didn't feel like eating.  That and the diarrhea aren't a good combination for weight stability.  :)    Still not much appetite but trying to eat regularly.  I'm still over 185 so not really worried but my wife and daughter are making disapproving comments and telling me I've got to eat but I just can't seem to get enough calories to put anything back on and then I get hit with these bugs.  I think I'll be able ro put some back on now that the bug has passed.
