battling my addiction

This is my thoughts and feelings for everyday that Im managing to beat this horrible drug addiction.


relasped again and feel so depressed cos I can,nt seem to get my strengh back Ive had before to beat

Hi well i am just updating my diary and I feel worthless and can.t seem to get my strengh and motivation back that I use to have my mum has found out about my relaspe she knows me to well and I feel evenworse cos I have let her down and want to be a better parent to my daughter as everything in my life is caotic just now and I want to be the mum I use to be as I feel so guilty for my daughter when I use and want the best for her I don,t want her to grow up ashamed of me and her dad hope when I can get time to come on hear again I can say and do so much better than I am doing just now.:(

try not to beat ur self up over it...it happens...pick urself back up an look for strength from the image of the fammily u want to be...
