Another Day in Paradise

It has been a bad week my hands feel as though I have them crammed into some children's leather gloves. They are stiff and very painful this round and it makes a normal day at work with the keyboardseem like torture. daisydo posted some exercises that I have looked up and I am off to purchase the book that they were in. I know this too shall pass, I guess I just neede to whine and vent a little. Just don't feel good. Have a blessed day everyone and I will write more later.
