the party

Jun 21 2009
Well I had my daughters birthday party and it was a success. I had everything organized the night before and I did things early so that I would not be stressed. Everything was going great andI was happy and feeling well until my daughters father showed up at the end of the party. The only thing we had left to do was open presents.....I was like uhhh the party is over. I was like i'm ok but when he left like 20 minutes later i hate a huge headaceh and I felt all shaky inside. I think since I don't admit that i'm angry or stressed when he is around I get maybe anxiety or something. I hate to let him get to me but i think untimately he does and I do not want to let anyone know that he makes me angry so I just pretend like it does not bother me.  I am glad he came for my daughters sake and glad he left early for my sake. LOL But really I think i have either anxiety or high blood pressure.  The blood pressure thing could be a real possibility from the side effects of the prednisone because it had been higher than usual for me and I think i've been having palpatations, I am sure stress causes it too. It's really hard to tell.
