If the vomiting continues maybe go into a urgent care. I have had a horrible flu like that and had to get some anti nausea meds and an IV to get myself rehydrated and stop the throwing up. Take care of yourself.

My mom just asked how I feel
She said I look awful gray
and then I said I threw up all day and don't feel good
At least I look as bad as I feel right?
Or is that a sick way to look at it?

I've had to do the same as Kittylover. It's really important that you stay hydrated and vomiting dehydrates you. Anti-nausea meds work. If the vomiting continues, have someone take you to the ER -do not drive yourself! I hope that you are better soon.
