Had not cut myself in almost 2 years, did because the pain was so intense that I had to do something to stop it, so I did.  Girlfriend was attending a visitation and was running extremely late andI slipped.  Now a week later we are in therapy together and my therapist asks in front of her if I told her what I did to myself and I told her that if I do she will leave me.  Okay she did
