MDJunction to me

jaime1978"MDJ has given me the ability to help thousands of people, and I'm so glad for that opportunity. It's been a lifeline for me. It's nice to know that you aren't the only one going thru something, and there is ALWAYS someone ready to help you anyway they can. MDJ is truly one of a kind, and I'm grateful for the friends I've made here." (jaime1978)

A trip through weight loss land

Sunday

Jan 17 2010
It seemed like it rained all day. But, that is what living in  Oregon is all about. I wish I had a treadmill. That would making walking so much easier. I guess I can do with out. The rain didn't stop me from getting my miles in. Silly cat woke me early today. Later I fell asleep on the couch and didn't wake up until 1:30, when the cat woke me again. I hope the next week goes well. I have to drop by the hospital to check my INR and the the rheumy later on this week. What fun that will be.
