Not because of a lack of trying, but maybe because of the many pieces of the puzzles I have not been getting answers from doctors, so I am testing different things--starting with a Gluten-Free Diet.

I think Gluten Free is for me!

It's been a while since I've written... BUT it's also been a while since I've had a migraine!  I went over a week without a migraine!  I don't remember that EVER happening.  I also went to work the other day and was able to focus the whole day!  Last night, I went to EarthFare, a grocery store and got a lot of gluten free foods-brownies, spaghetti, cookies, cookie mix and chicken nuggets.  I was so excited!  The food IS expensive and something I definately have to limit.  The way life is right now, I've been eating out a lot.  I'm sure that there's probably been a little gluten in some of the things I've ate (I do ask for GF at restaurants that have it), but I'm just careful and avoid it as much as I can.  I control my diet in my apartment and have cleared out all the gluten.  I had honestly never realized that the frequency of my upset stomachs was irregular until I started this diet--I miss gluten but I think it's worth it.
