Not because of a lack of trying, but maybe because of the many pieces of the puzzles I have not been getting answers from doctors, so I am testing different things--starting with a Gluten-Free Diet.

I do miss flour!

I think that things have been going pretty well.  I have been eating salads when I have to go out and just hope that there is no gluten hidden in it anywhere.  I make sure I don't get croutonsor bread on the side.  I have found that eating in the dining hall hasn't been too difficult.  I had rice with vegetables one day, an omelet another.  I have gotten rid of all the things in my room that I really want but can't have :)  It gets hard when I see people eating cakes and cookies... things I REALLY want.  Last night I think I accidently had some gluten.  Today--headache, upset stomach, and I'm so tired.  I don't KNOW that these things are related, but I'm going to keep sticking with GF at least for a while.  I would like some flour, though... :)  I'll go get myself a pudding cup instead.
