MDJunction to me

1magicman"Before i found MDJ i was in the deepest darkest part of my life after my abduction. I wanted to feel safe. I wanted that sense of being a normal person.Finding MDJ and the people with in it has steered me down the correct path into the light of hope. The feeling of hope that i was not alone, the feeling of hope of understanding, and the feeling of hope to move on. I never give up hope." (1magicman)

A day in the life...

Passed!

Feb 24 2012
In September I passed the class test for real estate pre-licensure, and then  life happened and I never got around to taking the state licensing exam. Finally scheduled it a few weeks ago to takeit this morning.  Spent a week of intensive studying, and I'm so happy, proud and relieved  that I passed it.   It was one of the most difficult tests I've ever taken, so I'm glad it's over.   I'm exhausted, but too revved up to sleep...  lol   A good way to end the week :)

Again, thanks everyone. I still can't believe I did it, and last night I kept feeling like I was supposed to be studying.. It was strange being able to watch a little tv, and not having my head in the books.

Congrats Karen!! that is wonderful! I took a real estate course to get my license for it as well a few years ago but like you ... life happened .. well RA happened mostly. I don't think I could do it now with all the walking. It is so great that you finished pursuing it! *hugs*

It was really difficult, both the long hours spent going to class after working all day and being up at 5am. (the class was from 6:30-10:30pm two nights a week) Then the assignments, quizzes, studying for the class test...which you got one or two chances to pass and that was it. Luckily I passed on the first try. The worst part was that the class finished the end of September, and then I couldnt take the State licensing test. Needless to say, if you dont do something every day your retention suffers. So I had to do serious studying over the past month, and last week actually took off work so I could intensively cram during the day with no one bothering me. I'm telling you.. I only passed because of prayer. Some of those questions looked like a foreign language to me! Thank heavens its all behind me and now I can move forward!!
