A day in the life...

pain

Mar 01 2012

lower back and hip pain so bad again that I couldn't sleep. every move puts me in excruciating pain... walking, sitting, standing.  making me nauseous.

thew on a thermacare heatwrap in hopes it will help somewhat, but an hour and nothing yet.  have to go to work, so I have no idea how I  will make it through the day..especially getting in and out of the car many times a day as I do with my job, and carrying my heavy briefcase.

get a very strange phenomenon when back gets this bad... my stomach distends in front.  have never figured that out. somehow it throws my body all off.

praying for some relief..

Praying with you....

I am soooo sorry that you are so miserable and yet must be be off to work.

Please be extra kind to yourself.

Instead of carrying your brief case have you considered getting a briefcase on wheels? They are rather like rolling luggage, but lighter weight and fold up into a nice compact carry along.

I can vouch for there value in eliminating stress on shoulders, wrists and backs.

I send you my best wishes for a speedy resolutions.
