scarysanity"I stumbled across MDJunction in late June of 2012 by accident while reearhing Anxiety infrmation. MDJ has become a haven for me during my darkest days, yet has allowed me to reach out and help others through my experiences. I have found so many wonderful people/friends here on MDJ. Without it I would not be the person I am today!" (scarysanity)

I would like too share with all of you that when it comes to COPD, I know a couple of people who have it. And I also know that it is one of the Fourth leading cause of death. Some people out  there who have this medicial condition, don't realize in how serious it can be.

COPD has four stages just like most of the dieases out there. I would like to help you understand more about this and be more aware of the situtation. COPD has been known to effect the lungs and your breathing. I used to be a smoker I had quiet smoking 22 years ago and I have problems breathing, and catching my breath. this choice that I had made too quiet was mine and I did it cold turkey. I know that it is very hard to just stop but i sat down and thought about a lot of things. I would like to see my kids growing up, and I would love to go to their weddings and see my grandchildren, but most of all I wanted to be able to breath and smell the fresh air. I do alot of coughing and I do get out of breath when I over do it. This could be a sign of COPD for me as well.

I am not telling you all in how to live your lifes but I just want to see more people give up something that could make you fell bad. So please take this seriously and think about how you can change your way in life and fell better about yourself..
