MDJunction to me

fluffyluggage"I found MDJunction at a time when I was struggling with so much. I
was so sick. I found a home, a place where people understood me, when
even my family doubted me. In MDJ, I found a place of refuge, love,
and support. I come here daily, to find my balance, to cope, and to
find that same support I've found from day 1. MDJ is my new family.
The friends I've made here will remain with me for a lifetime.

My name is Kendra, I have a great Dog (Maxwell) and a very loving and understanding boyfriend (Tim) that I've been with for over 5 years. I am an artist and currently love sculpting and mask making. I also enough movies and going to the dog park with my best friend.

I recently have been advised to completely cut Gluten out of my diet, they haven't officially diagnosed me with Celiac but advised me to do so anyways. Because I started noticing I would feel worse after having gluten filled foods. Not to mention its in just about everything we eat! Cereal for Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch, and Dinner? That's a lot of wheat!

It has been a pretty difficult year, which started with strange symptoms of chronic dizziness that came out of nowhere. Then came the migraines, anxiety, panic attacks, brain fog, fatigue, constant gas/bloating, and then the stomach and side pains. I have been to countless doctors for all of these symptoms, which would be viewed as being unrelated, yet they all seemed to happen at the same time. I have already noticed improvement from cutting Gluten out, and when I accidentally eat some I feel terrible again.

I also started seeing a fantastic Chiropractor who pretty much has changed my life, I virtually have little to no dizziness anymore. She too is on

the Gluten Free diet.

I recently found MDJunction and am so glad I did, there's so many groups to help so many people. One of the best feelings is from helping others who really need it. This community has already given so much and I hope to give back just as much.
