Basic Info for those New to Celiac Disease
Written by feliciav

Hi Everyone!  Here's some info that I recently shared with a newbie to the whole CD issue.  These are posts that I sent to her in reply to some questions she had asked.  I was asked to post this info in the Articles area so that other newbies can take advantage of the info as well.  Most of which I found here from countless friends who pointed me to some very valuable resources.  :)  Thanks to all!

PS.....no sources were used.  This is all just info I've gathered along the way talking to others and finding out what works and what doesn't at restaurants that I like to go to.  Hope this helps you out!
