A 55 year old Marine, husband, a father of three young ladies, and owner of two dogs, I do not have time to be bipolar. Yet, this is my demon. Diagnosed with bipolar type 2 about 5 years ago, I have learned to cope with this illness. As a manager in a fortune 500 company, I constantly struggle with this disorder. I have seen the highs and lows, and its impact in the work place.

MDJ has helped me cope with this demon. We are here to share, grow, and overcome the complications of this disorder at work.
